We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners. All orders are dispatched from our Johannesburg warehouse and tracked from door to door.

Delivery options

How it works

1. Place your order before 12:00 SAST on a business day.
2. We pick, pack and dispatch your order the same day from Johannesburg.
3. You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
4. Track your parcel in real time via the courier's portal using that number.
5. Your order arrives within the estimated window for your chosen method.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns within South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, East London, Nelspruit and surrounding areas.

We do not currently ship internationally. If you have a cross-border enquiry, please contact us directly.

Remote & rural areas

Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take an additional 1–3 business days beyond the standard estimate. In some cases a surcharge may apply, which will be reflected at checkout. Our courier network covers the vast majority of South African addresses — if your area is not serviced, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you. You can also check the live status of any order at any time by signing into your account and visiting Order History. Each order shows its current status (Processing → Dispatched → Out for Delivery → Delivered).

Payment & security

All transactions are processed securely. We accept payment via Ozow, PayFast and EFT. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. Orders are only dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Returns & exchanges

Not happy with your order? We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Courier collection is arranged from your door — no need to drop anything off. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
